I went into Superior for the first time, the cashier named Janet helped me to use the Superior app, she was very helpful, patient, and friendly. We need more cashiers like her. I am 66 years old and now I need help with the apps, and patients from people. Thank you so much Janet ❤️😀 outstanding work. I hope Superior Grocers lets you know how thankful I am for your patients and help.

Janet the clerk at the register was amazing. So helpful and patient when explaining the deals to me. So sweet… Thank you Janet. Definitely coming back on account of her.

Today was our 2nd time there, was so awesome of a grocery trip!! Everyone from the bakery to the hot food workers were fantastic!! Thank you Jose from Deli and Maria in hot food for the great service!!! Also our cashier was a joy!! Definitely will be back regularly now!!!
Ive been shopping at this location since they open last year and let me tell you that i love it here! I love their burritos in the hotfood dept.
Last week i got some chicken party wings that were on sale in the meat dept for $2.99 lb!! Good prices!!!
I’ve never felt so uncomfortable paying for my groceries in my life. The way I was treated at self-checkout made me feel like I was targeted and accused of stealing, even though I was simply scanning and paying for my items like everyone else. The employee “braedy “ hovered over me the entire time, watching every move, speaking to me in a rude and accusatory tone, and making me feel completely targeted. Questioning me and my boyfriend when we were not even done paying or even about to walk away or make a move ?
What makes this even more upsetting is that I am Mexican, and this happened in a Mexican grocery store. Feeling profiled and harassed in a space that’s supposed to serve and uplift our own community is honestly heartbreaking.
The employee’s attitude only changed when I calmly asked for her name. Suddenly the tone shifted. That alone says a lot.
No customer should feel embarrassed, watched, or criminalized while paying for their groceries. I understand self checkout can be confusing but this was EXTREMELY targeted . I hope management takes this seriously and works on treating people with basic respect and dignity.

management was understanding when they finally answered the phone after a couple times trying to reach them , hopefully it was genuine , and these actions are actually looked upon. I’m never the type to leave a review or call corporate, but this was truly upsetting and uncomfortable.
