  We came to Original Roadhouse Grill to celebrate my mom’s 79th birthday, and it ended up being one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. The service felt completely overwhelmed. Our waitress seemed overworked and inattentive our drinks sat empty for long stretches, and the bread was never refilled. It made what should have been a special celebration feel neglected. The food was just as bad. There were six of us, and we all ordered steaks. Every single one came out greasy, and the sides were not good at all. For a bill that was over $300, the food was nasty and the service was just as disappointing. We expected so much better, especially for such an important occasion.

  Great food every time. Our server was very attentive and kind. I rarely have to wait for a table - but that might just be my good timing? This place should be packed all the time.

  Terrible. Soon as you walk in it smells like bathroom. Everything is over priced. Food very lack luster. They should close or remodel maybe even rebrand. The hostess did her job very well.

  I was very disappointed in the way the food tasted we had ordered one roadhouse sirloin and a new yourk strip steaks we had asked to be medium rare it took a while for us to get our food when though people that were after us got there food first when we received our steaks they were well done so they took them back and we had to wait even longer to get our steak by the time that happened all our sides were already cold my new york steak was very bland not happy with coming here I now wish I went somewhere else. The waitress was very nice but thats all.
