  I go to Taco Bell often and something just felt off at this location. First thing was the bean burritos I ordered where so thin and small I thought they had a bean shortage , second my soft taco tortilla was crispy like a quesadilla I made at home , third item was beefy cheesy 5 layer burrito was all beans no beef and no sauces , the last complaint was the workers all stopped working for a ex employee shortly to say hello which is not bad but one employee at down with said person and was laughing so loud and talking so loud it was not enjoyable eating in the dining area

  I asked for extra cheese and it wasn't enough for me. When I say extra I want extra like del taco extra!!!🤣🤣🤣

  I’m a regular customer at this Taco Bell, but today’s experience at the Palmdale & Amargosa location made me decide I won’t be returning. While waiting for my order, I attempted a simple bit of small talk with the cashier — nothing intrusive, just normal customer interaction. She completely ignored me. Not “didn’t hear me,” not “busy helping someone else,” just flat-out ignored me. The interaction was so unexpectedly dismissive that it genuinely threw me off. I left feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable, which is the last thing anyone should feel at a place they visit often. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but I do expect basic acknowledgment and respect. Today made it clear that this location can’t provide that, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. If management reviews this, they’ll know exactly who was working the register at 12:36 p.m. on February 9th. I’m including this information so the situation can be addressed appropriately.

  The workers can not provide any information or service with anything to do with mobile orders. They are not knowledgeable about anything they claim. Completely useless
