Placed an online order on 08/28/2025 for a footlong cold cut trio and I forgot to order it toasted so when I arrived it was not ready and was prepared as I waited and I told them I didn't order it toasted in the app and one of the 2 Hispanic young women that seemed to be the only 2 working that day told me in the future to make sure I order it toasted because there's an extra charge to have it toasted which was untrue. I eat there quit often and I've never been charged to have my sandwich toasted. I've never seen these 2 working there before and she obviously didn't know what she was talking about but it was kind of embarrassing in front of the other customers. First off my sandwich should have been ready when I arrived and to top it off she tried to pull extra money out of me like I was stupid. Everybody that works there are rude including the 2 Vietnamese women that are usually there.
