  Its real odd that items that are available are saying not available at this location! Chili cheese tots and a frito both items ive ordered through the mobile app at this location is saying not available! Its ridiculous that i have to come press the red button to get what should have been available in the app. Further wasting my damn time!!!!

  Went to this location last night got a sonic blast. Woke up at 6am for work extremely sick from my stomach went to urgent care and both me and my wife got food poisoning. Not to mention the drink tasted a bit like rotten milk I just though my taste buds were off bt nope I was right. Be careful with this location

  Coney is all messed up due to them packing it and putting it long side up the chilli and cheese are stuck in the wrapper

  I had an absolutely abysmal experience at this Sonic. We placed three separate orders online ahead of time to make things easy. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, we finally got to the window. The employee initially told us he had all three orders, then backtracked and said he only had two. His "solution" was for us to pull into the parking lot and wait another 20 minutes for the third order. When we explained that all three were placed simultaneously for this exact location—and showed him the confirmation codes—he simply said he couldn't do anything. We asked for the manager, who was extremely defensive and unprofessional from the moment she stepped up. Despite us showing her the confirmation emails, the order codes, and the bank charges on our phones, she was snarky and insisted she couldn't fulfill the order or offer a refund. We eventually just left because we had already wasted over half an hour and weren't going to get anywhere with such rude management. If you want your food (or at least basic customer service), go somewhere else.
