I've always been a fan of Sonic. However, I had a disappointing experience at the Sonic located at 11780 Amargosa Rd, Victorville, CA 92392, where Sam, the manager, works. She was quite rude and even raised her voice at me, which made me question why someone with such a demeanor is in a customer service role. Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable. Run away from that sonic if she is still working there. She's dangerous.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. CLEARLY THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY FROM THE MANAGER SAM IS HORRIBLE, PREJUDICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE EMPLOYEE WAS NOT EDUCATED ON CREDIT CARD PROCESSING AND CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD GOT THE ORDER WRONG! THEN I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHARGE ME MORE TO FIX THE ORDER BECAUSE BY NOW AFTER BEING IN LINE FOR 30 MINS. TO ORDER??? HAPPY HOUR EXPIRED AND THE RUDE UNFRIENDLY MANAGER REFUSED TO HONOR THE HAPPY HOUR PRICE!. SAVE YOUR SELF THE TROUBLE. THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANGER SHE (SAM) WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I STILL GOT CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD EVEN THOUGH THEY REFUNDED MY PURCHASE. YOU DIFFINANTLY LOST A CUSTOMER TODAY!..
