The delivery was taking an unusually long time, so my wife called to check on the order. The male employee she spoke with was unprofessional, disrespectful, and hung up on her abruptly. I called back myself and canceled the order. The young woman who answered was polite and apologetic, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, this situation has cost you a long-time customer. There was no reason for anyone to treat us disrespectfully, specially when my wife was not disrespectful.

So it has us wondering if they prepared it the second they got the order and it sat there in the box. It doesn't even taste good. Completely unacceptable. The Cinnabon are also cold and stale. Never ordering from this establishment again

She made our pizzas and they turned out delicious. Not under or over cooked. Cooked to perfection. The crust was even good. The dinning area was nice & clean. Restrooms are clean. Great place for pizza.
