  We frequent Outback often. Serena was our server on this past visit and she did an outstanding job of making sure we were completely satisfied during our dining experience. She made sure our drinks were full at al times and checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our time. We highly recommend Outback and ask for Serena!!!

  Had a ton of fun with great welcoming and attentive service. Lynnae did amazing as our server. Showed a strong ability to stay aware of needs while maintaining charisma and humor which made our party of 5 have a 10/10 experience! That with my medium rare 20oz steak cooked to perfection. We will definitely return!

  Everything was good but not great except the Blooming Onion. I had to ask for a refill on my tea, and we sat in the bar. No Lamb or Pork Chops anymore and Prime Rib only on Weekends and at night. No side of Alaskan King Crab legs, in my opinion you need to be aware of what time you go as you can't get everything all day.

  About once a month I order a meal from a restaurant like this. This month it was outback, prime rib. $50. The food arrived from the delivery service quickly, and the potato and entree were very warm. The fried onions, were cold and soggy. I ordered the potato with everything, and received nothing for it. Worst was the prime rib. It was dry all the way through. A big thick cut of dry chalky prime rib. It wasn't overcooked, as it was still nice and reddish pink, just dry. I don't know how that's even possible, but it was terrible! I notified corporate through their contact form, and they did not bother to respond the next day.

  They sat us in the back corner to the left as our food slowly arrived we kept having to swat away Natz flying around our table 😑 We told our server he did tell management and manager did nothing didn't even try and move us to another table or ask if he could get us another meal since the natz laned on our plates since I didn't want to have to tell someone how to do their job and what the write thing to do was I just payed the bill and won't be back
