While placing my order, the employee taking orders (Rosie) openly announced to other customers that I ordered 16 sandwiches, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. What a customer orders is no one else’s business, and putting me on blast like that invited comments and judgment from people in line. There is no posted limit on sandwiches, and ordering food—whether for family, work, or any other reason—does not justify being publicly shamed. To make matters worse, the restaurant was already backed up with a drive-thru line wrapped around the building, so blaming one customer’s order for delays is unreasonable. I chose to come inside instead of using the drive-thru, was patient, and respectful. The lack of professionalism and basic customer respect ruined the experience. Management should seriously address employee conduct and customer privacy. I will not be returning to this location.
