I went to order breakfast at 10:23 Am on the app and went to pick it up at 10:35 and when I got to the drive though the manger Sonia I think her name was told me I had to cancel my own order because they didn’t have any more breakfast, I don’t know why the didn’t make the order at 10:23 and just have it ready before 10:30 but not only did they tell me that but they said if you order on the app you have to be here before 10:30 to get breakfast which has never happened to me before the cherry on top was it takes a whole week to get my money back. Staff was rude and that manager seems like she’s on a power trip

Horrible service. I couldn't believe that the people standing behind the counter can't take your order. You have to order on the kiosk. They only help if you are paying with cash and it's just to pay. My order took a long time to be ready.

The drive through took almost 15 minutes. And if I hadn't done a mobile order I would have just left. The service was awful. Not only did you get no greeting, he double checked the order and it wasn't even mine. Then basically threw the bag at me. My drink was wrong, the fries were old and the hamburgers were barely edible. The traffic in and out is so bad. And I've never seen so many homeless all at once all along the front, by every door and in the lines of the drive through. I do not recommend this location to anyone. Ever.
