I came early in the morning with my mom to come and get breakfast, the first time I went to this location to get breakfast they messed up my order and gave me only 1 sandwich which was not even the right one, we complained over the phone and the manager told us to come back the next day. So we went the next day to get our one sandwich and a couple more sandwiches and they completely messed up by only giving us 2 sandwiches but the complete opposite of what we ordered. I don’t know who is hiring these cashiers but they need to do better.

Terrible staff. Frequently get my orders wrong. Worst times were when I ordered a cooked tote and despite ordering a good amount time prior I was still instructed to wait at the side. Wasn’t too much an issue because I expected it but after more than 30 mins passed and I had to go inside just to ask for it. When I got it they were cold so the cookies were ready the whole time they just had no one who cared enough to go outside. Another time I had to circle back to get some things they had forgotten and tried to be very respectful and apologized for the inconvenience and they straight up ignored me after giving attitude the whole time. I understand it’s frustrating when someone comes yelling about their order issues but when someone’s trying to be respectful and equal with you then what’s the point of the attitude.
