The kiosk didnt give us a reread to tell them then they gave us a plastic number to hold like ones you place on a table. Then they called the receipt number wich we didnt have. Then the fries were cold and looked like pre cooks were they just warmed them up. Fries were still terrible after getting new ones. I dont even think they were new. Just thrown back in to warm up After giving them to us and we touched them, so unsanitary to put some fries we touched back in were your fries will end up. But hey I guess they figure the fryers will take care of it. Glad we dont live around here. But half the staff was nice

The crispy chicken sandwich was terrible. The place is messy and disorganized. Staff mixed up a few orders ahead of us, then forgot our sauce. Had to get back from the car to get it. Not a pleasant experience at this McDonald's.

Absolutely Terrible and Avoid This Location
Hands down one of the worst McDonald’s experiences ever. We placed a large $80 order for two families. Staff rushed us to order saying they were closing, yet made us wait over 30 minutes while continuing to serve drive-through customers.
When we finally received the food, the fries were cold, stale, and smelled bad. We ordered 2 large fries and they weren’t even half full and completely unacceptable. When I complained, the staff member became aggressive and rude, even trying to grab the food from our hands instead of resolving the issue.
After making us wait that long, they then forced us to leave and said we couldn’t eat inside, even though we were already there well before closing. This was never communicated before taking our order and caused delays, especially with kids.
The restaurant felt unhygienic, and the play area smelled foul. It’s shocking this place passes food safety inspections.
Cold food, tiny portions, hostile staff, long waits, and poor hygiene.
Avoid this location at all costs.

Went here for the first time as I’m passing by to visit relatives and dude they took so long with my order and the fries came out so unsalted not to mention the soda machine was not even working and the Dr Pepper dispenser was broken. And they also forgot my condiments

I have never been inside this McDonald's. Drive thru associates are always plesant and friendly. Food is typical McDonald's. The McDonald's parking area is kept much neater than the surrounding Cardenas parking lot, which is usually littered with trash, and is neglected. McDonald's keeps their area relatively clean.
