When it was brought to us, we had only gotten half of it. Went inside to get it fixed, employees were only coming to counter to hand out orders. They didn't want tot wait on people. Fortunately, Bruce, the guy that taken us our order, was kind enough to hear me out and fix it himself right away.

I brought my daughter and her friend in after a playdate at the park, and her friend accidentally dropped her Happy Meal. Without hesitation, the manager offered to replace it free of charge, which was an incredibly thoughtful gesture. That kind of customer service does not go unnoticed. To top it off, the food was cooked perfectly, fresh and not stale, and the barista made my coffee exactly the way I like it. A+ experience all around.

My drinks sizes were incorrect, they didn't have dr pepper, and my mc double was not plain. There was a good amount of people also waiting for their food and coming back to get their orders fixed. The drive thru line was super long. I hope they get more staff because I would most likely not come back to this location
