  Soeaking on My experience. Some reps are very disrespectful and they dont pay attention to your order and when they screw up your order they wont take responsibility they lie. Also there is no manager available on site good luck on him calling you back. Sandwiches are good but some staff here need to be trained on customer service etiquette.

  Jimmy John's has become one of our favorite sammie places! The variety is plentiful and the quality & taste are really very good. They truly are freaky fast whether pick up or delivery, which the delivery price is commendable. We are fans of The Hunter Roast Beef while my daughter likes the Chicken with Kickin Ranch which has just the right amount of spice. My only critique is there are times our sandwiches are not cut in half or there are no Jimmy Peppers on our sandwiches which we had requested both. Overall, we can deal with the small infractions as JJ's has become our go to for great sandwiches freaky fast!
