The customer service was 10 out of 10. Greeted when we walked in, place was clean, bathroom was super clean, lady was super fast to help us since I hate kiosks and she made me want to return to this location. I wish I got her name because she was amazing. Hate to describe physical features on Google but maybe her manager will see this - she was a tall, thin friendly mature black lady that super impressed me with her demeanor and eagerness to serve.

This El Pollo Loco is by far the worst one out here. They do not make anything correctly. All the burritos and bowls are dry. The classic chicken burrito is supposed to be chicken tinga and it’s definitely not. So dry! The burrito is supposed to be red inside. And there’s a bunch of corn in the burrito?! The staff is rude, they don’t greet you or acknowledge you because they have a kiosk. So even if you have a pick up order and you go inside, they’ll look at you and won’t come to you no matter how many times you wave them down. When you go through the drive-thru they’re always having conversations with each other…..this is why ordered get messed up. And they charge for pico?! Since when? It’s watery and has no flavor anyways so don’t bother.
