My husband and I go Most every morning very rarely do we miss a day. Most of the regular morning staff knows our order by heart. My gosh they are very friendly just to name of few that go above and beyond are Sasha, Keira, Bri, madi, Aubrey, kyanna, Jeremiah, Kevin and Alan and Halie that's just naming a few. Keep up the good work guys!

Lately though, the service has noticeably gone downhill, and it’s disappointing. We're talking going 5-6 days a week! I’m not sure what’s going on with all the staff changes, but the difference is very obvious. There were three Broistas who consistently went above and beyond every single time I came through — Sasha, Kevin, and Julian. I’m there so often that I actually learned their names because they made such a positive impression. I recently asked about Julian because I hadn’t seen him in a while, and finding out he’s no longer there was honestly shocking. Since then, many of the newer Broistas don’t greet you, don’t engage, and feel very nonchalant — almost robotic. That signature Dutch Bros friendliness just isn’t there anymore. Dutch Bros has always been about connection, energy, and great customer service, and I really hope this location can get back to that standard. Loyal customers notice these changes — and we miss the vibe that made us keep coming back.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
