They claim to open at 10 but it’s 10:10 and nobody is here but there are several people waiting in the line. Pathetic

I wanted to give this location another chance because I assumed my first experience might have just been a bad day—but unfortunately the service was just as disappointing the second time.
The first time I went, the employee at the window was extremely rude and practically threw the food at me when handing it out. It was uncomfortable enough that I told myself I probably wouldn’t come back.
However, I decided to give it another try. When I went back the second time, it was about 40 minutes before closing. I saw an employee walk into the building, so I went through the drive-thru. No one answered the speaker. I waited and even tried calling the store, but no one answered the phone either. It felt like they were intentionally ignoring customers and refusing service even though they were clearly still open.
Two bad experiences in a row makes it hard to want to come back. I hope management looks into the customer service at this location because it definitely needs improvement.

Just spent 14 and change for a cold beef and cheddar and
Luke warm fries. I called and
Talked to tenisa or tenisha and she didn't wanna offer to make it right by any means. I wouldn't eat or support this place. Supposedly it's cooked to order cold not hot. Maybe the health dept needs to come. I used to love Arby's but I will never go back to this one due to lack of customer service and cold food

I placed an order for "pickup" through Seamless Grubhub. After picking up the order someone noticed the bill was more than usual and there was no reciepts. Again. So I went online and made the order again and it was less. The original order turned out to be 25% more. I called Grubhub and they stated that all prices are set by the store. I called the store and talked to a manager and he agreed that something was wrong and stated a manager with more status would contact me. I contacted China and spoke with Arby's complaint network who refused to take the call off speakerphone and they stated they would get back to me. It has been 2 weeks and now the Arby's store on Palmdale and 395 are not answering the phone. Arby's used to be a great company. But it would seem like they are in the way out and their employees are scamming their customers while they can. 2 Arby's left in the entire high desert and it sounds like it will soon be one or none. Guess we don't got the meats.

Worst store ever horrible staff extremely slow and no body in store so you think you'd have fast service but no rude staff as well very dirty for not having any customers it's a joke to Arby's everywhere this would be the black sheep of the franchise will never be going to this location again
