The man on the phone was extremely rude and told me I need to pay attention. I asked for the manager. Manager said they qill fix the issue but I needed to give a CASH balance to the delivery driver in order to fix my food. I said this doesn't seem right. I was called names by the manager and hung up on

I went in on my way home from work after ordering on the app. The guy in front of me (looked like a transient) told them that he was there for my order. He stepped to the side and i had to go back and forth stating it was mine and showing id and card. The dude walked out. This process really needs changed. Displaying orders that are done on a screen isn’t good or at least go back to requiring identification with the app like other fast foods do.

The energy in general was off and I didn't feel welcomed at all, so I politely declined and went to Little Caesars. This is the third time I've had an issue with Domino's, I'm done.
