Sadly this Arby's is horrible this is not the 1st time, 2nd or 3rd this is my 4th. Sadly nothing has changed, the food is always cold, the meat is always dried out, the curly fried tasted like they have been sitting for a day or 2 so rubbery. I took pictures sadly I must have deleted them or use a different phone I will try and find them. The serve isn't bad, not rude but very kind that why I gave it 3 stars. The only good thing I believe was the soda. Arby's is expensive it's not cheap so to have horrible food every time is no words. The 2 Arby's that closed were great this one is horrible. Will not be going here again, gave it too many chances.

This store has slow service and only two workers working the restaurant. The meat has completely changed it's not slices it's now shredded beef and they don't put much on the sandwich. It just isn't the same as it used to be. They're cutting Corners to stretch the amount on a sandwich. Definitely does not seem real like roast beef. It has like a canned taste and texture. I paid $27 for 4 roast beef and cheddar sandwiches Very disappointed and I won't be going back.

Walked all the way to Arby's for dinner. Hours said diner in closes at 10 pm.....doors were locked at 9.30 pm. 0 stars

I wanted to give this location another chance because I assumed my first experience might have just been a bad day—but unfortunately the service was just as disappointing the second time.
The first time I went, the employee at the window was extremely rude and practically threw the food at me when handing it out. It was uncomfortable enough that I told myself I probably wouldn’t come back.
However, I decided to give it another try. When I went back the second time, it was about 40 minutes before closing. I saw an employee walk into the building, so I went through the drive-thru. No one answered the speaker. I waited and even tried calling the store, but no one answered the phone either. It felt like they were intentionally ignoring customers and refusing service even though they were clearly still open.
Two bad experiences in a row makes it hard to want to come back. I hope management looks into the customer service at this location because it definitely needs improvement.
