  This review is based on today's sandwich only. Had a reward for a toasted sandwich. Chose the Ultimate Italian. However, I opted out on the lettuce. Unfortunately this sandwich was not very good. The ham was extremely salty and needed to be removed from the sandwich to make it even edible. Also, I don't think their bread toasts up well. It became very dry and flaky. I'll continue to visit Jimmy John's but for cold sandwiches only. And Firehouse can keep me happy with toasted sandwiches.

  Genuinely don’t even think this place is open? I drove down from SB and the lights were off and the door was closed and I called today and no one picked up.

  Food is great as always but they are the slowest Jimmie John’s I’ve ever been to. They repeatedly kept taking new customers telling them it’s a “5-10 minute wait” when it took 25 minutes to get 2 subs. They were working a catering order when we showed up but they should tell customers that and give them a more realistic estimation of time . It can’t be 5-10 minutes for everyone. They also had orders come out in the wrong order. 2 people got there food before I was served even tho I ordered first. Hire more people and quote an accurate wait times.

  With a tip & soda, there's $16. And half one side with zero bacon. Your description says "the only BLT better than ours is mama's." Well ... on a bacon lettuce & tomato sandwich .... she would have used bacon.
