    Just writing this because you guys have stopped making the FRESH MADE IN STORE STUFFED MUSHROOMS and have replaced them with ones from a vendor that get shipped across the country for the same price. The vendor ones are 0/10 nasty, the made in store ones are 10/10 amazing. The ones from the vendor are disgusting, dry and taste like they have no flavor at all, the fresh ones made in store (specifically the gouda cheddar) literally bring me into the store and I spend over 100$ every time.. I no longer have a reason to visit Vons because of this because I prefer Ralphs anyhow. I literally only came here for these "Fresh made in store mushrooms".

    Great Customer Service! I thought I was overcharged for Buy 2 get 3 free on soft drinks so I went back inside, was greeted by employee (Joanne) who was very helpful and corrected me by showing me it was a Vons app exclusive and helped me save $35! And a free drink! Very fast very nice, during a rush hour a day before Thanksgiving!

    I placed a home delivery order on 11/24 to be delivered to my home. I got a text with photo of delivery, but it was not at my home. I went on the chat for delivery. It could only offer delivery maybe in a couple days or a refund. I asked for management. Chat said you’ll get the same response. Asked for management again. I then see that chat will end In a few moments. I asked what store my delivery came from? Vons on Telegraph Rd. 20 minutes on that chat. 1:35 pm I called the store to speak to home delivery. Someone answered, hard to understand. Very bad phone etiquette. He left and came back online. Said they would replace my order that day. I thanked him profusely, but did ask who did the delivery? He said UBER. I said you should let UBER know of their mess up. He said no! You can complain to them. That call was 20 minutes. Later at 9pm I thought I haven’t heard anything from Vons about my replacement order. I placed a call to that Vons customer service and spoke to 2 nice ladies, one was management. They both apologized for the bad service. I was told I would receive a call from a female manager the next day. That she would be there at 7 AM. I made sure I was up this morning by 7 AM. Now it is 1:30 PM and I have not gotten a callback. I’ve tried looking for the information to contact the district manager, to no avail, no information available. So here I am, placed an order for items for my Thanksgiving on 11/24. I did a chat and two phone calls to three people. Given 2 promises, my order to be redelivered and receive a call today. YOU TOOK MY MONEY, FAILED TO RE-DELIVER MY ORDER AND MANAGEMENT FAILURE ON TAKING CARE OF THIS CUSTOMER. YOU DID GIVE THE PERSON THAT GOT MY ORDER A HAPPY THANKSGIVING AND RUINED MINE UPDATE: As soon as I returned from the holiday, I went to the store. That was November 28th. The cashier and store director was very nice. I showed my receipt in the app,, which had the order # and cost I was charged by Vons. I was informed by the store director that a refund would be issued into my bank account. Today, December 4th and I'm still waiting for that refund. I have the same account where you charge me for the monthly fee for delivery
