A worker named Andrew (maybe a manager) was extremely helpful in suggesting items for our kids. Nice to have someone personable working behind the counter at a Chipotle for a change.

- CCCindy COct 10, 20251.0Tonight I paid $28 for 2 chicken burritos, double wrapped but all i received was a tortilla full of rice and beans, I couldn't taste any chicken and i realized half way into it that I had already ate it I asume because there was no chicken at all in the rest of it, I then noticed that half way to the rest of my burrito I had reached the part where the lettuce and cheese was, my point is these burritos weren't even properly spread out every ingredient was in perfect separate layers, but the worst part is i usually pay for the extra of having it double wrapped because I know how big the burritos are after all the toppings are added and i usually need 2 hands to eat my burritos from here but tonight I ate my burrito in MAYBE 10 bites with 1 hand. I've never had such a disappointment with CHIPOTLE, I also am not the type to review anything but I just felt the absolute need to after the disappointment of food i received tonight
