  My wife and I tried Cava tonight after a friend recommended it. We won’t go back any time soon. The good: friendly staff. Good chicken and plenty of it. The bad: skimpy portions of salad items, some ingredients were not fresh - the worst was my avocado that was dark brown on all cut surfaces, it must have been prepared a day or more ago. Gross. Cucumbers were slimy. The atmosphere was chaotic and tables were not clean. I was unable to eat much of my bowl. Hopefully they can get their act together soon!!

  DEEEEELISH!!! People and their bad reviews over a fast food restaurant that’s been open ONE week is insane. WAIT…. Be patient and let them work out the kinks. Remember most of the employees are young! They are doing great and food is amazing like always! If you’ve never had lamb and comment on the aroma… you’ve clearly never had lamb! Keep going CAVA! I’m beyond grateful you’re local now!

  the food tasted off, the steak was very chewy and the lamb had a strong odor that overpowered the rest of the ingredients. The workers forgot our utensils and drinks but they were polite. The place was very bright and jolly. If you want a nice experience and nice staff, you should go but the food wasn’t worth it.

  Probably one of the worse experiences I’ve had for an overly hyped place. Order food online and waited an extra 35 minutes from the expected ready time. Food was bland and portions were small. There were only two people making the to go orders and they looked lost and overworked. They should have been help. Management was no where to be found. Please don’t waste your time here there’s plenty of family own Mediterranean and other chain restaurants that are way better with quality price and portions than this place.

  My sister and her boyfriend placed an order that should have been ready at 2pm on Sunday 2/15. They Understand that it’s new restaurant and it Will be busy. But the pick up order should Be prioritize over the line order especially if the pick up time has passed. They has to wait 45 minutes for the food . The staff couldn’t even tell Them when it was going to be ready and told them that the in line people are priority. There should have been better staffing. One person working on online order isn’t enough
