- CHCurran Hendricks3 days ago1.0I took my kiddo to get ice cream as a reward. They didn't put the ice cream on the cone properly. The ice cream nearly fell off my cone with one lick and my kids ice cream immediately fell off his cone. This was met with tears from him and a shrug by the staff. 🤷♂️🤦♂️ Great experience. Definitely won't return. We should have gone to McConnell's.

They told me it was their policy to charge for any ice cream served so I had to purchase a new ice cream cone. I know these stores are franchised so it’s their policy and not necessarily the corporate store - so this store in particular will not be getting any more of my money. We prefer McConnells anyway and now I have good reason to tell my kids we are never going there again. Please don’t go here.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
