- SHScott HensleyJul 27, 20251.0Customer service is everything to me and it’s becoming a bygone trait in a lot of restaurants these days. This specific Baskin-Robins is apparently no different. Walked in 7/27 about 1245 pm. Employee was busy doing other work (completely understandable). But when she finally walked up to me I said “hi, how’s it going”… she just stared blankly at me… then continued to just stare blankly. As if my presence was annoying and she just wanted to rush the process. So I just turned and walked out, currently headed to cold stone instead. I’m starting to document this when I see it now because of the tipping culture, which I’m fine with but if you want my extra money than do at least the bare minimum required for basic customer service.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
