We struck up a conversation as she greeted me while sweeping the floor, and her attention to detail was impressive. But what really stood out was her customer service. I watched her have genuine conversations with multiple customers, and she even told me to let her know if I needed anything after I got my food. Simple gestures like that go a long way. You can tell she’s proud to work at El Pollo Loco. Kaylee at the register was also great, she greeted me as soon as I walked in and delivered excellent customer service from the start. Both of them made the experience outstanding.
