  Horrible service by the three workers there. 1 lady and two men. Placed an online order when I got there I asked if the pizza was almost ready as they had a long line. None of them answered the question. Multiple people were waiting for orders and none of them were able to provide an update or any customer service.

  Don’t ever think about ordering from this establishment for an event unless you want your patrons to go hungry. I ordered 8 pizzas from them at 6:30 and asked for delivery through their website. A DoorDash driver asked me if it was ok to deliver 5 pizzas. Absolutely not as I ordered 8. I then requested all the pizzas and had no traction. It took me physically walking there for them to deliver the pizzas at all, 2 hrs late. Originally they said pizzas would take 99 minutes, then when the order was placed it would take 35 minutes. 180 minutes later and we still didn’t have pizza. I had to walk there an physically get the the pizzas myself, and still had to pay the delivery fee. All this time the excuse was that they ran out of pizza dough, yet when I showed up they were giving pizzas to people left and right. Clearly they decided to de prioritize my order even though I placed it 2.5 hours beforehand. If you want pizza from this establishment you must go in person or else it will never show up. When I asked for a refund I was connected to their manager who was not there and was clearly at the club (could hear the background music) who offered for discuss the matter the following morning. I own my own business and customers always come first. My personal club experience should not be put over the experience of my customers. I am very disappointed with how this establishment treated me and the xtra cost of their pizza was not justified even though the actual pizza was quite good. Do better. I will check back in 2-3 weeks and keep the internet posted on their capabilities of servicing customers

  Cold pizza, supposed to be delivered, had to be picked up in person 3 hours late. Any takers?

  Long wait time. Not enough workers. And not enough oven to bake pizzas. Always busy. Y’all need to look into your operations to reduce the wait times.
