  Do not order online because you won’t get what you asked for in your sandwich. The ingredients are clearly written on the order

  I've been a subway customer over 20 years. I've given this location plenty of business. I'll never understand why Subway franchise's never train employees on how to use a gift card. Why sell them if they don't know how to use them? I've dealt with employees not knowing how to use gift card a few times, but at least they try their best and it works every time. This one didn't even bother the 2nd time. I've used a gift card there before. Now, all of a sudden they don't take them because they can’t figure it out? The employee pushed one button saw that she couldn't figure it out and said they don't take them I have to pay with card. I am trying to pay with card. A gift card. The same one I’ve used here before. Again, they didn't even bother to try. They also have higher prices then other franchises and are stingy with the meat. They spread the thinnest layer of tuna. Other places pack it in. I wish the location on Lincoln and Mindanao didn't close because this is not a better alternative. I’ve been in customer service 18 years. I know it’s not easy. At least if I couldn’t figure something out I would still try and then get some help.
