  We’ve eaten here twice now. One time in the restaurant and once as take out. Both experiences were good. Very tasty pizza.

  The food is amazing, pizzas are very thin and made with fresh ingredients. The service is amazing, specially from Mónica, she is so kind and charming! Will definitely be back 🍕

  Ordered pizza online. Got there when it was supposed to be ready. However we waited an additional at least 45 minutes before our food was ready. Apparently, at least according to a fellow patron, something was wrong with their system and as a result food was being prepared not necessarily in the order in which it was ordered. I have to say the crew that night was very good in these difficult circumstances in the face of many dissatisfied customers. The one star rating for service is not a reflection of them but of the unreasonable wait time. And at the end the pizza itself was not great. Update: management acknowledged mistake that night and graciously asked me back to see if they could make things right. I'll have to say that the folks there genuinely want a satisfied customer, which I am at this point. And the pie was good this time around!

  Let me start by saying Prince street Weho is incredible. But the staff at this venice location needs an attitude check. They’re rude, disrespectful, and have no sense of customer service. We placed a pickup order 3 hours prior for a 7pm pickup. Plenty of time to plan the timing of the order right? Nope. They were about an hour behind and left us waiting in the restaurant with ZERO accommodations. Definitely not coming back to this location. Managers, train your front of house staff better.

  I was really disappointed in this place. I placed an order for pizza and said it will be ready at 7. Then when I came to pickup the woman working there was rude and blaming us for it being busy and the pizza not being ready. Then she said 30 minutes. We waited thirty minutes and came back and it was still not ready. She said “what do you want me to do about it” and said it would be another twenty minutes. Extremely rude and pizza was over an hour past when they said it would be ready. Waited in store for an hour with no accommodation and the worst interaction I’ve had.
