What I received was matcha diluted in plain cold water, no lemon, no sparkling water, nothing. Staff didn’t tell me that they don’t have ingredients or whatever the reason the drink was not done properly. Also the wait was long, all in-person orders were done first and I was waiting for 15 minutes before eventually going to the line anyway to get my drink done.
