  I am going to open a case regarding Alfonso. I was waiting in the drive-thru line when another car cut in front of me and showed me the middle finger. I briefly used my car horn in response. Then, unexpectedly, Alfonso (the manager) came out and told me I would not be served. This is unacceptable. Not only was the situation handled unfairly—serving customers who cut the line—but I was also denied service while the other driver faced no consequences. I was then asked to apologize for using my horn, while the other customer’s behavior was ignored. I will be escalating this issue to upper management for further review.

  This review is based on my experience. I ordered at the counter and had to wait a long time for the order. Since it was a large order, I didn’t check everything, but when I arrived at the office and started taking the food out, there were several food items missing. I called the restaurant right away to inform them of the missing items. Kelly answered the phone and said she was the manager. I let her know what the issue was. She didn’t apologize or say we can make the order right; come back with your receipt. She just said I came in at 10am, and it wasn’t my issue, so I’ll mention it to them. I told her as a manager it was your issue, but she said no. During the time I was talking to her, she had an attitude as if I were bothering and annoying her. I told her I would be writing a review, and she just said fine, not caring at all. Luckily this is not my local McDonald's because I will not be purchasing from them again. I also called corporate and filed a complaint with them. I recommend others who have received poor customer service at this McDonald's to do the same.

  The staff is so rude and when I mentioned it to the manager on duty she didn’t care for it!
