    Nov.4th , 9am.. I went to Subway, i asked for 2 footlong sandwiches, #1 BACON,EGG AND CHEESE ..PLAIN TOASTED.. #2 TURKEY ,EGG, AND CHEESE, WITH ALL VEGGIES. The employee there made both with turkey when i specifically said 1 with turkey and the other bacon,egg n cheese,, Then she accidentally drop half of the sandwich on the floor n makes another and gives me the wrong item again , during this its been now close to 20 mins.. as i try to guide her how to make a sandwich right! There was 1 other person waiting so i let her help him and we go back to fix our mistake sandwich..finally after 25 min..she gets it right... im a supervisor an i was observing that there was no mgr on site or someone that actually knew how fix this problem.. -NO MANAGER ON SITE, -EMPLOYEE HAD PROBLEM UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH OR PAYING ATTENTION , - HAD A CUSTOMER WAITING FOR ALMOST HALF AN HOUR FOR THEIR SANDWICH ,PLUS I STILL GUIDED HER HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM.. I love Subway stores but i truly believe in every store there should be a MGR on site to assess any issues and employees should be properly trained or must go thru a course of 3 -4 week period until there left alone to help customers. I come here 3 times a week to buy food for me and my son. This is not my 1st time this has happened, 2 other occasions i had similar problems , no wonder this place has bad reviews....i truly believe this place needs to undergo new management policies or corporate has to step inn and do something about it.. now im just gonna think twice before going here again..

    It is your typical subway restaurant. Same option, same prices, same deals. So if you like subway, you will like the options. However, the area is not the nicest part of LA at all. Restaurant is tiny with seating for only a handful of people. Customer service was also just average.
