  The staff here needs to focus on doing their jobs. They’re calling customers and making up stories just to get their orders canceled because they want to leave early. That’s not the customer’s fault or responsibility.

  The manager at this location has overcharged on EBT twice now. Today she refused to refund me the overage. I demanded to be refunded and she said, “If you’re that desperate $2, I’ll give it to you out of my own pocket!” This store needs to be investigated.

  had a very disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut. When I called to place my order, I specifically asked if they had any specials. The woman on the phone told me the deal was $27.99. However, when I arrived to pick up my order, they suddenly said the total was over $39. When I asked why, they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about. Later, someone came out claiming to be the manager, and even then, they only changed the price to $30.99 instead of honoring the $27.99 special I was originally told about. This is very misleading and feels like false advertising. On top of that, the pizzas were just plain cheese and the wings were plain as well — nothing extra that should have changed the price. It seems like they alter the prices once you arrive, which is unfair and unprofessional. Customers should be very careful because this location does not honor the prices they advertise or quote over the phone. What they tell you and what they actually charge you are two very different things. Be aware — they charge more than what they promise, and that is dishonest business practice
