I was standing right in front of the register where I could here my order being called and she still tried to say she called my order twice. Awful for her to lie and try to keep the food.

Is it in the oil , or the after taste . And evrytime i visit the floor is dirty the tables too . we finished our food still the no ones cleaning it. Multiple employees saw me waiting but ignored the situation completely. There was no communication, no urgency, and no one seemed accountable. Manager Juan was on shift at the time, but nothing was done to improve the situation or assist me. The delay not only wasted my time but also risked delivering cold food to the customer — which reflects poorly on both the restaurant and the delivery platform. This kind of service is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope this location takes steps to improve how they handle delivery pickups, especially under management.
