My evening was ruined by an employee who exhibited hostile behavior and a severe lack of training. Two critical failures occurred: Dismissing the App: I arrived for pickup after the app confirmed the order was ready, only to be told it was not. When I mentioned the app notification, an employee yelled dismissively, "ready only in app," essentially admitting the official tracking system is unreliable. Aggressive Receipt Refusal: After payment, the employee aggressively refused to provide the credit card transaction receipt (required for my records), falsely claiming, "we don't have any other receipt." When politely advised on customer service, he escalated the confrontation and retorted, "listen when I say no receipt." This employee was rude, untrained in basic POS procedures, and demonstrated a hostile, fight-inviting attitude toward a customer. The situation was only resolved after a second, more professional staff member intervened. I strongly urge management to review the CCTV footage from 5:55 PM to 6:05 PM and take corrective action. Unacceptable service and a stain on the Domino's reputation.
