  Very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. My partner and I ordered two salads. I don’t eat meat, so I asked if the meat from my salad could simply be placed on the side so my partner could have it. Instead of accommodating a very simple request, the employee told us this would require an extra $4–$5 charge because the meat would be in a separate container. When I asked why, the supervisor said it was a “rule of the house.” To avoid the extra charge, I suggested something even simpler: just add the meat from my salad to my partner’s salad. The answer? The same extra charge. So essentially we were told we had to pay extra for the exact same portion of meat that was already included in the meal — simply because it wasn’t placed exactly where they wanted it. This explanation makes no sense and does not seem consistent with how other Chipotle locations operate. I have never experienced this issue anywhere else. If this really is store policy, it reflects very poorly on the brand. And if it isn’t, then this location is clearly making up its own rules. Either way, the supervisor’s dismissive attitude made the situation even worse. Chipotle should take a closer look at how this location treats customers.

  One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. I came in to order a simple salad and asked for the meat to be placed separately from the salad in a small container. This is something that has never been an issue at any other Chipotle location — they simply prepare the salad and put the meat on the side. It’s a very basic and reasonable request. At this location, however, the supervisor told me that if the meat is placed in a separate container, I would have to pay for the meat twice — once as part of the salad and again because it would be “separate.” In other words, they wanted to charge an extra $4–$5 just for not mixing the meat into the salad. This is completely absurd. I wasn’t asking for extra food — just for the same meat that comes with the salad to be placed on the side. Somehow this location has decided that separating ingredients suddenly turns it into an additional charge. The supervisor’s attitude made the situation even worse. Instead of trying to help or explain anything reasonably, the response was dismissive and borderline rude. Either the staff here don’t understand how Chipotle orders work, or they are simply inventing their own rules to squeeze extra money out of customers. Avoid this location if you value basic customer service or common sense.

  Tonight, I visited Chipotle, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I started placing my order, the staff seemed unmotivated and displayed a very poor attitude. The person who served me, as well as the one who took my payment, seemed like they didn't want to be there and were quite rude. Additionally, there wasn't much food left, and what remained was quite limited. This is really unfortunate, especially since I have been a regular customer at this location. Moving forward, I Will definitely be looking for other options.
