I no longer come because I value customer service very much and that can take away from a place. I hope it changes soon.

Once i picked out my ice cream cake, the woman on the register was being rude saying “anything else” which felt like she trying to rush us to get us out of there because she saw my little brother was looking at the ice creams and saying “which one should i get”. When we left with the ice cream but having a bad experience feeling like we were being targeted when we simply wanted to buy ice cream…even worse when the cashier told me “are you gonna pay that” because i was holding onto my ice cream cake and making it seem like i was gonna steal it or something :/ bad customer service and very bad experience

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
