If I could leave no stars I would. The manager lady was beyond rude. I came to pick up an order that I had placed online and when I got there, my order was just sitting there. When my husband asked about our order, she rudely and abruptly said she had to put other orders in first. So we basically watched her for a full 10 minutes while she packed orders and took orders. Meanwhile our bag was just sitting on the counter across the register. Firstly, she could've replied kinder and checked to see if our order was ready. It takes a second to hand over an order that was already ready. After 10 minutes, another worker grabbed the bag from the counter and handed it to us. Do better when it comes to customer service and speaking to your customers.

Well it's obvious that the employees don't care about the quality of the food. I bought a $35 dollar family meal thru drive thru. I had just placed the order and when I got to the window the guy somehow had everything ready before I could even pay. I got home and open the box just to find skimpy dried up chicken scraps . I have to assume that they gave me leftovers from the night before. Terrible.

I'm giving 1 star only because "no stars" are not an option. This location has poor customer service. I used the kiosk to place my order. After I meticulously placed my order, each step at a time, and proceeded to try and pay by credit card, the credit card reader was dark. Trying to get the attention of a $20 an hour + employee was near impossible. When I finally got their attention to inquire how to pay, he says "oh that's out of order. You have to order on the other kiosk." So now I've placed my order and have to start all over again???!!! I guess humans have no brains. That's why there's robotics taking over. Annoyed, I asked for the manager. She was quite rude. No apology. She told me I had to place my order all over again. I told her "why don't you just put a damn sign on the kiosk that it's not working!" I left and will never go there again. I filed a complaint with Corporate, but doubt they will follow up. Customer service is a thing of the past. If all these employees loose their jobs due to future robotics, I will completely understand.

They only have self order. Their system is not user friendly or their customers don’t have the metal capacity to use them.
