This place is aweful from the chili cheese fries to their pastrami burgers or roast beef sandwhich. The drinks themselves taste weird. I would not recommend. The chili cheese fries are apart of the worst thing ever

03/22 12:30pm I just spent $50 and I Am so disappointed in the service. I’ve came to this location plenty of times. I ordered ahead online and when I got to the window I waited about 8 min and not once was I acknowledged. I figured they were busy so I stepped inside and of course I waited another 10 min. The two workers were to busy talking and flirting with each other not once did I get acknowledged or told “we will be with you in just a second.” So after waiting 10 minutes the guy nudged the girl and she looked over and came to take my order. I informed her it was a pick up order and of course my order was there the entire time. Once I arrived home my order was wrong. The chili cheese fries didn’t even have cheese! HORRIBLE experience after spending $50!

I would like to share my experience as someone who also works in the fast food industry. Honestly, having employees who refuse something as simple as adding a product without a valid reason is one of the worst things a business can have.
I placed a $33 order through DoorDash. I usually go to the store in person, and this was my first time using the app. I called the store and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. When someone finally answered, I asked if they could please add one ranch and one small BBQ sauce to my order.
The cashier told me that I needed to order it through DoorDash. I explained that I didn’t see the option and that it was my first time using the app. She still refused and said she couldn’t add anything, and that I would have to pay anyway.
I even tried placing a separate order just for the sauces, but it would have cost me an additional $7, when each sauce only costs about $0.60.
It’s honestly unbelievable how businesses that have been around for years lose customers because of poor customer service. Situations like this show a lack of consideration for customers—especially when we are already spending $33 and only asking for two small sauces.
I hope management can address this, because small actions like this can make a big difference in customer satisfaction.
