The only downside is that they don’t take coupons and there is no online ordering available. My group had to pay full price which was $18 a sandwich. They should at least take coupons or online orders, one or the other wasn’t too satisfied

($17 for a steak and avo sandwich from subway) by the time it came to pay I wanted to use my 20% coupon in my app and it wouldn’t come up on their computer - the girl behind the counter instantly started talking to me with a tone as if I HAD TO buy the sandwich now and she said I had to let her know I was using my app BEFORE making the sandwich (I’ve never heard of that unless I’m in a drive thru) - no accountability immediate finger pointing this location is trash the owners are probably the same Oh and she tried to pressure me to use my credit the I built over time in the subway app lol nah I wanna use my coupon and that’s it don’t blame me blame your system - and once again why do they have truck stop or financial district prices this is in a shopping center in Vallejo nothing special

- AFA FuentesNov 1, 20251.0I'm a loyalty member. I used to love subway. I will never be back to this location. Didn't get my order correct and there was maybe a couple spoonfuls of meat in my footlong. No one answers the phone. Regret tipping and won't be back!
