He didn’t end up eating the chicken tenders, and they were stored in the refrigerator. The next day I put them in the microwave and it made a zapping noise, almost caught fire. This tells me that this food is not safe for consumption. I called them to inform them on this matter, and they said it’s nothing they could do. They gave a “corporate number” that didn’t work, and the online number is no good either. DO NOT EAT THE CHICKEN TENDERS. Avoid this place all together, no accountability

The first time, DoorDash fixed it by reissuing the order. This time? A complete disaster. I called Wingstop to report the issue, and they told me to contact DoorDash. DoorDash said they would reissue the order and confirmed it via text. I called Wingstop again and spoke with LJ, who said he saw the reissued order and it would be out shortly. Later that evening, I received a cancellation text from DoorDash, so I called LJ back. He told me not to worry the wings were in the fryer and the Dasher was in-store. I waited. Wingstop closed. Nothing ever showed up. The next day, I called Wingstop again and spoke to Veronica, who told me they "don't use DoorDash" and questioned why I would call them. (Every Wingstop order I've ever had has been delivered by DoorDash.) DoorDash, in turn, said that because I ordered from Wingstop.com, the refund had to come from the store. To avoid going in circles, I asked DoorDash to get Wingstop on a 3-way call. During the call, both parties said they couldn't help me, and that the store manager would have to resolve it. Veronica called me back later and said she spoke with the manager and told me, with a surprisingly smug tone, that they wouldn't be doing anything to help me. At this point, I had enough. I called Wingstop corporate, filed a formal complaint about Veronica, and I'm now waiting for a resolution. So far, I'm left with no food, no refund, and no accountability. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from a brand I used to rely on. Avoid this location (via wingstop.com) or better yet, order from somewhere that takes responsibility.
