  I love the sandwiches I've been coming here for years but I got to say the past few times I've been there. The service is just very poor. On my last visit I ordered online because my family was in a hurry and I know they think can get pretty busy sometimes. When I arrived in the shop there was a line of people waiting to order. I stood at the side counter where they hand out the sandwiches and I waited. the man taking orders. Not sure the names Even after finishing someone's order never stopped to acknowledge that I was there or even ask if I had placed an order or was waiting. Instead of saying something I waited as he took three more people's orders and he still never acknowledged me, including the two people making sandwiches who both looked at me and saw I was there. When the line was gone he finally turned to me and asked if I had been helped. When I mentioned I had already ordered ahead, he asked me my name and grabbed my sandwiches. I could have had my food and been on my way much sooner. There's a reason that people order a head online that's so you don't have to wait in the line to place your order. I think the owner really needs to work with his crew and making sure they're giving good customer service. Another bad experience like this and you'll be losing my business

  Sandwiches were not ready at the time they said they would be ready when I got there to pick them up. I still had to wait. Staff was All looked very sad and not happy to be there
