  I had a very frustrating experience. The online system showed the store as open, so I placed my order expecting normal service. But when I went to the location, the store was actually closed. This kind of mismatch between online status and real store hours is very misleading and wastes customers’ time. I planned my order based on the app, but ended up with nothing. This isn’t just a one-time issue either—many customers report problems with Domino’s app accuracy and store communication, including wrong status updates and order issues .

  Workers ignore you, dont wear gloves or wash hands after touching face, taking phone calls and eating while talking to customers.

  Terrible customer service. I waited for at least 10 minutes to pick up pizza and was never acknowledged and no other customers were in the store. Probably at least 7 or 8 people working. They told me they were out of garlic dipping sauce and then he proceeds to hand me ranch dressing. I asked if I could get my money back since I already paid and he tells me it's the same thing which it clearly isn't. Won't be back.
