  Best Chick-fil-A I have ever been too, hands down. The drive thru line was quick and when I went in to ask for a sauce, the manager opened the door for and greeted me. All the employees were smiling (not fake), courteous and friendly.

  I was a regular customer but not anymore. I had a really disappointing experience here yesterday. I ordered at the drive-thru and clearly asked for no pickles, while my son specifically requested extra pickles on his order. When I got home and started eating my burger, it had pickles on it anyway, which was upsetting and made me feel sick about the mistake. To make matters worse, the drink I ordered as a Coke Zero wasn’t even correct—it tasted more like root beer. My son pointed out that this kind of mistake could be serious, especially if someone has allergies, so I decided to go back—not just for myself, but to set an example for my kids. With gas prices being so high, it’s frustrating to have to make an extra trip because of an incorrect order. When I returned, the drive-thru line was long, so I went inside. The employee, Yuliana, was unprofessional and dismissive. When I explained the issue, she laughed instead of apologizing. She spoke to someone else in Spanish, came back still laughing, and asked where my sandwich was. I told her I had already thrown it away and that I only wanted the correct drink, as well as to make them aware of the importance of taking allergies seriously. I also asked why she was laughing, but I never received a proper response or apology. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disrespectful. Because of this, I will not be returning.

  Amazing experience! Manager Ignacio Eraso and the Marketing Director truly went above and beyond. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers really stood out. You can tell they take pride in what they do—Chick-fil-A is lucky to have them! 👏

  First time dining in and boy what a surprise I had, never expected to have such incredible hospitality. Staff really goes above and beyond, thank you for having Ruele as a staff member, made us feel at home. Also the tableside fresh ground black pepper was a nice touch! Definitely felt like a true quality restaurant! tried the Jalapeño Ranch Chicken Sandwich and the Strawberry Hibiscus Lemonade which was soo good! Can't wait to go back and dine-in again.
