  I'm currently in the hospital needing to eat for calories and someone picked it up, but when I received it was SO BUTTERY SOFT and flaky! I have problems getting nutrients but I will have no problem eating this!🙂

  When I walked into Bula Pies Fiji for the first time, the restaurant looked clean & the pies that were cooking smelled delicious. The staff were very nice and the cheeseburger pie that I had was so warm, flaky and delicious! Its great to have an authentic home cooking restaurant in Vallejo. I'll definitely be coming back often.

  Wow delicious island style empanadas or pot pies with island music! Yummm 😋 the smoked bacon and egg -delicious, smoked brisket so good, chocanana for dessert great with coffee and caramelized pineapple not too sweet more savory flavor. Definitely recommend this place.

  I highly recommend visiting this place if you have time and are in the area. The meat and chicken pies are amazing and truly unique—you won’t find anything quite like them in Vallejo. The dessert pies are also incredibly delicious and definitely worth trying. Each pie is around $11, which feels reasonable for the quality you get.

  Picked up a couple things and will absolutely be back! I picked up a curry chicken pie, a lamb sausage roll, and a seamoss beverage. This was too much for a single person, btw. The chicken pie was lovely - it had chicken, potatoes, and a few veggies. The crust was flakey. I would have liked it cooked a little longer because the bottom was a little soft and doughy, but honestly, if I had taken it home and reheated it in a oven later on, it would have been perfect. The lamb sausage roll was great. I didn't really like the seamoss drink, but that's on me - as I think I just don't like sea moss. I was so happy to try something new, that even if it wasn't for me, I'm really glad they had it. The woman who helped me was a sweetheart - shared her favorites and what was most popular. TLDR : Super cute small business making good food, with friendly service, and a single pie is a full meal.
