- FSFarhana ShaikMar 31, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this location. During a recent visit, I was not given sauce with two Happy Meals. When I returned to address the issue, the manager, Marissa, asked for a receipt from a visit that occurred three weeks prior, which is not reasonable to expect customers to retain. When I tried to explain the situation and asked for her name, she refused to provide her last name, abruptly closed the drive-thru window, and walked away. This interaction felt unprofessional and dismissive. I’m bringing this to your attention because it reflects poorly on the customer service standards expected at this location. I would appreciate this being reviewed by the franchise owner or corporate team
