  Usually dont leave reviews. This place just plain out pissed me off. Lady made my sandwich so sloppy. When adding sauce she was very inconsistent , sloppy and skimpy. Same with adding veggies it was embarrassing adding 3 pieces of tomatos to a foot long subway. Same with cucumbers. I had to repeatedly ask to add more. Lady doesnt know how to make a sandwich. Upon opening sandwhich to eat all my contents fell out lol. Its so dissatisfying to have people like this working. If i was the owner id fire her on the spot.

  The food was ok compared to other restaurants. However, the lady that was getting my order was super rude. When I wanted to scan my code in order to get some points for the subway app. She moved her hands as if bothered and when I couldn't get it right she pushed my phone to scan (without my permission) and then said "it has nothing. It has nothing. Use your card" I had told her before that it was for points. Then I put my card in the rectangle box for my transaction, and the girl didint even push the bottom for the transaction to proceed and kept waiting as if bothered by my presence and told me to push my card. Nothing appeared in the square, however after 4 times the transaction was complete. Yet, she had the worst attitude as she tossed my food in the bag like garbage and pushed it for me to carry like she was doing me a favor. What an awful person she truly deserves to be fired. From the many reviews I could see that many people are talking about the same girl I'm talking about. Physical Descirption: The girl had a tatto that seem brownish on one of her hands and wore a mask, she was short and her skin was brownish. She was also extremely rude and had a massive attitude. I have never felt so disrespected by a fast food worker. My order was at 16:19:39 07/24/2023

  Very poor service and dry food. We went into this location on a Saturday after being at Magic Mountain. It was me, my two sons and my sister. I placed and order for myself and my sons and my sister placed her own order, I paid for my food and noticed that I was charged for my sister's sandwich. Instead of refunding my card and charging my sister correctly for their mistake, they left it on my card and charge my sister for her chips and drink. The lady never once asked if all four meals were together and apparently thought that I was paying for three meals and one extra sandwich while my sister was just getting chips and a drink....doesn't make much sense. One of my sons had the meatball sandwich and the bread was so dry it was crumbling and the meatballs were dry and not much sauce on them. My son said that was the driest meatball sandwich he had ever had. My other son had the tuna sandwich and again dry bread to the point of crumbling. My sandwich was the Subway Club and again super dry bread plus brown lettuce. This place really needs to teach their employees what customer service is and how to be at least a little bit friendly when dealing with customers. Will never return to this location again!

  The food was fine but there is no public restroom I was thought they had a restroom at a subway for paying customers
