The people working here do not know how to provide customer service. Someone needs to train the 2 guys on the serving line (if they're even redeemable) or rehire people who can render courteous and attentive customer service. They mumbled, spoke to fast, insulting and dismissive. I'll speak for myself, not for the others in our party of 10 (4 orders) who were also insulted. As we enjoyed the delicious food, it was laughable, recounting the debaucle with these inept young men "serving" customers. I've been to other Chipotle locations and had a good experience, but I'm not proficient with "Chipotle jargon". There's a "limited time" carne asada, pictured on the menu. I asked if that was a bowl. He said "no" but do you want a bowl? When I said I want whatever is on that picture, to which he said, "That's just a picture, so you want a bowl?" Their dismissive tone persisted down the line. We decided our experience was reminiscent of being the new kid in junior high. Don't worry guys, we won't be back.
