- ABapril borjaMar 23, 20261.0New management. Making your burrito half the size for same price. Literally less than half the size. It’s comical. It was made in the back room as a pick up order. And if you try to get that fixed the manager will tell you “you’re taking it too seriously” and try to shoo you away. When a burrito is 18$ and you have been coming to this location weekly for years and your handed your normal pick up order with a burrito that smaller than the kids order then ya I kinda have to say something. I said something super nicely too because clearly there was a mistake here. He looked me in the eyes and told me “you’re taking a burrito too seriously”. My mouth literally dropped to the floor. Nope I made him remake it. In front of me. One scoop of everything and magically it was a normal size again! Look at that. They are skimping, wait can’t even say skimping, they are reducing your food by half and charging you the same and telling their customers to shut it. I won’t be coming back to this Newhall Ranch location. We have two others in this valley to patronize. I can justify mistakes happening. But not how I was spoken to.

Don’t get me started on how they shorted me on servings…let’s just focus on the filth of the location first.
