- CCCarla Cardenas2 days ago1.0They deserve minus five stars. We arrived and waited about 4 minutes in line, which honestly was not a big deal. There was nobody in the drive-thru and only one customer inside the restaurant. We greeted the employee, but she had a terrible attitude. She didn’t even say hello back or acknowledge us in any way, her face was like having an actual stool between mouth and nose. We stood there for several more minutes without any communication at all — no “I’ll be with you shortly,” nothing. It felt like we were completely ignored. After waiting even longer with no service or basic courtesy, I finally got frustrated and left. This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. They truly deserve negative stars.
