  This is definitely the worst subway in town. They're always so rude. They want to make your items how THEY want and if you ask for a different veggie or different sauce, they become irritated and start making the item extremely sloppy on purpose. I'm only writing this review because it has happened to me 4 times now at only this location. No other subway I've ever been to has employees like that!

  Worst customer service experience of my life. I placed a pickup order on doordash and they refused to make it, even though I showed them on the app, my email, and offered to even show them a bank statement showing I paid for my food. I work long 12+ days outside and really just needed a sandwich. They argued with me that it wasn't showing up in their system so they couldn't make it - they would not have lost any money from just making a 6" sandwich when I showed them I had paid for it and was at the correct location. I've never had this issue at any other subway, any other doordash order and they treated me like I was trying to steal from them and told me my card probably declined. It didn't. Don't go here if you want to actually be treated like a human being.

  This review is not about the employee working that day — it’s about the management. On Presidents’ Day weekend, on a Saturday, there was only ONE employee handling an overwhelming number of in-store customers and nonstop online orders. That is completely unacceptable. I placed an online order and waited over an hour for my food. The woman making the sandwiches was visibly stressed and on the verge of tears trying to keep up with the chaos. No employee should be put in that position. Poor planning and lack of staffing on a busy holiday weekend reflects very poorly on the owner and management. I genuinely felt bad for her. This situation was unfair to both the customers and the employee. Because of how poorly this was handled, I will not be coming back. They just lost my every Saturday 200$+ order every week ! Bye now
