- LTLawrence T1 day ago5.0The Safeway seems particularly large. I went in to get some fresh desserts and ended up with a chocolate pie and a chocolate cake. Both were very delicious.

Very tactless This last time I just left my items and walked out of the store because I was so annoyed by the woman doing this. No wonder you have lots customers due to your customer service, the employee are the ones grading themselves! Employee at self checkout comes up and enters thier own reviewing on my transaction. Normally I would give good reviews because I know it helps but this was not ok. So now I think I'll be more honest on those surveys that come up on the payment terminal. I don’t even understand how this is okay anyways it’s very weird to come into a customer’s space and proceed to review the customer service survey on a machine that I’m using. And rude if you ask me? Won’t be back and will be avoiding the Hispanic lady.
